Airport Runs

I tend to travel a fair amount for work, and thus end up spending quite a bit of time in airports. I always bring my running gear in case I get an extra hour due to an airplane delay or similar.

This is a summary of runs and other logistics that I have found useful at a few major airports.

Showers: Yes, American Airlines lounge
Overall Rating: 3 out of 5

Chicago (ORD)

Overall Rating: 2 out of 5

Minneapolis (MSP)
Loop: MSP Loop
Lockers: Yes, after security checkin

Overall Rating: 3 out of 5

Interesting!

I do not travel. I sometimes admire those who can travel around. But I'd rather to stay with my family at home instead.

My only travel is the two weeks of annual visit to my family in Taiwan. I usually run on the airplane. At the rear, no one notice me as it's too noisy :-)
